Data Roll UP Question

Console A has internet access

Console B behind Firewall

Console C behind Firewall

Is it possible to data rollup from C to B.  Then B rollup to A.   Console C cannot go direct to A it must pass thru B before it goes to A.   I want to know if A will see the missing patches from B and C.
