How do you exclude files from Threat Scanning?

How do you configure Shavlik to exclude the recommended files and folders in Windows environments?  Specifically, I need to know about SQL and IIS:

IIS 7

<drive>:\inetpub\logs\.

SQL Server 2008 R2
