Sending updates to Agents on the Cloud returns message: "Agent didn't respond."

The Agent didn't respond message refers to communication on a local network and does not refer to synchronization with the Cloud Server. Administrators should expect this message if they are updating agents outside of the firewall through the Protect Cloud.
