Drag and Drop patches aren't being found?

We have a network in this secure facility that we run Shavlik on to patch. There were some Windows IE 11 patches we downloaded MS15-093, I dropped them into the patches folder in the ProgramData\LANDESK\Shavlik Protect\Console\Patches. How do I update the patches so Shavlik sees them? How can I push those two patches to the machines?
