Offline Installation / DB

Hi.  I'm looking to complete an Ivanti setup leveraging a Protect Master rollup console access to the internet, console w/o internet access, and a distribution server.

Is there a preference on where the DB needs to reside?  On the rollup console or additional console?

Where in the options do you point, assign, or how does Ivanti distinguish between the two?
