gimp 2.10.2 incorrect detection

hi

after upgrading to gimp 2.10.2 the   gimp exe is still labelled as  2.10.exe   even though under the properties tab it says version is 2.10.2

ivanti is looking for a file called  2.10.2.exe  so the patch is showing as not installed , even though it is....

the registry check is correct with version 2.10.2
